Seiko Semiconductors MS Manganese Lithium Rechargeable Batteries utilize silicon oxide as the anode and a lithium manganese composite oxide as the cathode. As a result, these rechargeable batteries offer a long cycle life and highly stable overdischarge characteristics, including continued stable capacity characteristics even after the battery is overdischarged down to 0.0V. Other features include high voltage (3.3V) and large capacity. The MS-R variants can be mounted by reflow soldering. Seiko Semiconductors MS Manganese Lithium Rechargeable Batteries are UL approved and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include backup power supplies for real-time clocks and memory, electronic equipment, hybrid power supplies in combination with solar cells, and main power supplies for small and slim portable equipment.
