Vishay / Siliconix SIP32433 Single-Channel eFuses integrate multiple control and protection features. The SIP32433 provides increased controllability and reliability, with simplified designs and minimal external components. The SIP32433A and SIP32433B protect power sources and downstream circuitry connected to the switch. Protection includes overloads, short circuits, voltage surges, and excessive inrush currents.
